NORTHERN CALIFORNIA
------
RECAP: Strong NW winds filled in behind a passing front along with a
sloppy NW wind/ground swell mix. Most breaks picked up junky chest to
head high waves, while top breaks were a couple of feet overhead.
OUTLOOK: The surf will stay on the junky side on Tuesday off the NW
swell mix and steady onshore wind. More NW swell mix is due by mid week.

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

RECAP: The surf started small and at least semi smooth in a few spots on
Monday morning, before NW winds and wind swell picked up through the
afternoon. By then, many spots had sloppy waist high surf, while top
breaks hit shoulder high+.
OUTLOOK: We'll see a modest mix of WNW wind swell and Southern Hemi
swell through mid week. Slightly larger NW and SSW swells are possible
by the end of the work week and into the weekend. -- Kevin

BAJA
------
RECAP: The weekend saw mostly small scale NW swell energy mix with a
touch of Southern Hemi swell. On Monday NW wind swell was on the rise,
primarily for Northern Baja, along with strong NW wind.
OUTLOOK: NW wind swell will prevail over the next couple of days, along
with some intermediate period ground swell. We'll also see a couple of
Southern hemi pulses join the mix as well. -- Kevin

RECAP: Trades once again piled waist to head high plus wind waves along
exposed shores. Smaller, but cleaner surf along the North Shore as the
winds became more easterly and gave waist-chest high wind waves.
OUTLOOK: Strong Trades are expected most of the upcoming week. More WNW
ground swell shows mid-week. -- Charlie
